The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is in application since the 25 of may 2018.
Marichal Ketin Belgium has always been used to manage the supplier & customer data with great care. We do not communicate these data to third parties : your data are only used by the internal departments of our company.
We process all the supplier & customer data as strictly confidential information and we
respect rigorously your private life.
Marichal Ketin give high consideration to this confidentiality. It is the reason why we are attached to inform you that the management of your informations registered in our data base will be applied only in the context of our commercial relation.
What are the personal data we collect about you?
 
The personal data we collect, in the context of our collaboration, are: name of the company, reference number of the company, position in the company, first name, last name, job title, email, address, language
How do we obtain your personal data?
 
The totality of the treated data which concerns you are supplied by yourselves, or by your collaborators, when you introduce a request at our company, for instance ask for complementary information, ask for a price request at the introduction of a new order.
Our website  www.mkb.be does not integrate any cookies.
How do we manage your Personal Data?
Your Personal Data are introduced in a supplier or customer data file which allow us to manage the contacts with you (transmission of informations, management of the price requests, orders and bills).
The new regulation give you different rights concerning these data, such as :
  • Exercise your access rights, to know the personal data which concerns you
  • Ask the update of your data, if these are not convenient
  • Ask the cancellation of your account, or cancellation of the data which concerns you
The right of cancellation can be applied only if it is not in conflict with other regulations such
as the document filling obligation.
